Bharat Scouts and Guides: Chintana Day Celebration

Beltangady; On behalf of Bharat Scouts and Guides local organization Madantyar, Karnataka Public School Punjalakatta held a chintana Day on February 22.

Karnataka Public School Punjalakatta Deputy Principal B. participated as the chief guest. Udayakumar said, it is very important that we participate in organizations, organizations protect us. President of the organization Haji Abdul Latif Saheb said that the annual rally of the local organization was not held this year due to the International Cultural Jamboree. He said that we have kept the intention of organizing the rally of the local organization in a grand manner in the coming year.

Sridhar Bhatt, Vice President of the organization, Chetana, resource person of the Group Resource Center, wished the best.Scout-Guide Prayer Memorization Competition, Scout Logo Drawing Competition and Quiz Competition were conducted for the Scouts and Guides on the occasion of Remembrance Day. Story telling competition, favorite animal drawing competition and quiz competition were conducted for the cubs and bulls.A portrait competition with their favorite animal was organized for the officials. A portrait competition was organized for teachers in Scout Guide uniform with their favorite animal. The winners of the competitions were felicitated with prizes.On the occasion, certificates were distributed to the children who had passed the second stage, second stage and Rajatagari examinations for the year 2021-2022 and 2022-2023. The teachers who prepared for the exams were honored with mementos. Stamps provided by the state were distributed. Vice President Rukmini, Gerald Fernandes ADC (Scout), Dattatreya Golla ADC (Scout) Sudha S. Bhatt and others were present on the stage. Uma N Guruvayanakere, Concept Pinto Kuvettu, Regina Monis, Benedicta Joyce Tavro, Anita Rita D’Souza, Chidananda etc contributed. Joint Secretary Akkamma welcomed and Treasurer Sujatha gave felicitations. Secretary M. Shantaram Prabhu gave introductory remarks. Joint Secretary Dharanendra K. Jain coordinated the program.
