Mundaje: Swami Vivekananda’s 160th birth anniversary was celebrated as “National Youth Day” by the National Service Scheme and Rovers and Rangers Department of the undergraduate college here. Dr. Subrahmanya K. Principal of Belthangadi First Class College who is the resource person of the program. He said, “Swami Vivekananda spread the culture, knowledge, spirituality and brotherhood of India to the world.
Today’s young people should adopt the ideals of Vivekananda.” Vivekananda Vidyawardaka Sangha Puttur, Mundaje Educational Institutions Regional Committee President Vinayachandra presided over the program. Principal Jolly D’Souza was present. English Language Lecturer Purushottam Shetty welcomed, Psychology Lecturer Namita K.R. Narrated the program.
