Belthangady: President and the office-bearers of Taluk Tulu Shivalli Sabha visited Rajya Sabha member from Karnataka, Padma Vibhushan Dharmasthala Dharmadhikari Dr. D. Veerendra Heggade, recently.
The members congratulated Dr. Heggade and honoured him with an invitation card for the inauguration of the newly built “Hariharanugraha”, a Tulu Shivalli Brahmin Samaja auditorium hall at Kanyadi.
Sarath Krishna Padwatnaya, Chairman of the Construction Committee, gave complete details of the constructed hall in Kanyadi and also the progress in construction of Ayyappa swamy and Parivar deities Temple to Dr. Heggade. He was also requested to guide the restoration of the Temple of Ayyappa Swamy and Parivar deities.
On this occasion, Raghavendra Baipadithaya, President of Taluk Tulu Shivalli Sabha, Harish Rao Mundruppady, President of Ayyappa Swami Bhajana Mandali, Gangadhara Rao Kevudelu, President of Sri Janardhana Swami Credit Cooperative Society, Prof. Madhur Mohana Kalluraya, Zonal President of Tulu Shivalli Machina, Nagesh Rao, Vice-President Taluk Tulu Shivalli Sabha, Nagesh Rao, Bhaskara Rao, Teacher Surya Narayan Putraya, Retired Teacher Janardana Tolpadithaya, and Harsha Kedlaya were present.
