Ujire: Ujirey Vidyasree, anchor of News First channel, has won the 6th year 2023 best anchor award of The New Indian Times web portal. She was recognized as the best anchor of the channel at a recent award ceremony. She is the daughter of Sivaram B.K, Ujire and a journalism student of Ujire Sri Dhamma College. Commenting on her receiving the best anchor award, she said, “Through the award, the responsibility has been lifted on our shoulders.
Ours is a profession where we work day and night. But we are not recognized in public like this. Thus, Raghu Bhatt, Suguna Bhatt and their entire team work in visual media and are good in every department. They are working to recognize and encourage the journalists who are working.
