Belthangadi: The 25th year ped light Surya Chandra Jodukare Bayalu Kambala was inaugurated on March 18 in Bangadi Bay’s Netravati river bank environment by the Bangadi Bay Surya-Chandra Jodukare Kambala Committee.
After performing deity worship at Kolli Shree Durgadevi temple and arriving at the procession, the former President of T.P.M.Mukunda Suvarna lit the lamp in the inaugural ceremony.
Bangadi Kolli Surya Chandra Jodukare Kambala Committee President Ranjan G Gowda presided.Demmejalu Krishna Gowda, Kajoor Board Vice Presidents Badruddin and Abdul Rahman were the guests at the function.Committee Vice President Sitarama Hartakaje, Tungappa Pujari Kajur, Vinayachandra Padenkallu, Hasinar Bavaliban, Kishore Hoorje, Secretaries Ananda Gowda, Treasurer Kasim Malligemane, Village Planning Officer Surendra were on the stage.General Secretary Kishore Kumar Valambra welcomed.
