Belthangady: Ayodhya Sri Rama Mandira Trustee Pejawar Seer has said that the work on the Rama Temple in Ayodhya will gain momentum after Sankranti.

He informed the mediapersons at Dharmasthala on Friday September 23. “Work is underway to erect pillars in the temple which is the dream of all Indians. The work up to the pedestal where the deity is seated has already been completed. The idea of constructing the Trimurti of Lord Balarama using marble will also include the blue colour so that Shyamala Rama will be installed. This was already been decided in the meeting. The search for the required stone is underway, he said.

Commenting on the terrorist activities, he said that a terrorist plot has been unearthed in Shivamogga and Coastal areas. This should have been done with earlier. The Central and State Governments should interrogate those who have already been arrested and root out the source. There is a conspiracy to give a communal colour to these issues and the Government should not allow this to happen. It is our wish that there should always be peace and order in the country, he said and urged the centyral Government to put an end to militancy at the earliest.
