Belthangady: MAHE Pro-Chancellor Dr. H. S. Ballal arrived at Dharmasthala on Tuesday September 13.
He met Dharmasthala Dharmadhikari D. Veerendra Heggade. He congratulated Heggade from being nominated to Rajya Sabha.
Ballal also felicitated Heggade on the occasion.
