He was speaking at the nudi-namana programme held for recently passed away Secretary of Janata Shikshana Samiti of Dharawad and SDM Institutions Vice President Dr. Na. Vajrakumar. The programme was organised at college seminar hall.
He said that Vajrakumar breathed life into education and emphasised on quality education as well as achieved success in the field of education with his foresight, dynamism, efficiency and quality.
A close friend of Virendra Heggade and a native of Suralu in Udupi, he not only successfully handled the responsibility of Dharawad Janata Shikshana Samiti, but also established engineering, dental and medical institutes. He also expanded SDM and the scope of education, he said.
