Belthangadi: Keeping in view the comprehensive development of the taluk, Rs 400 crore has been allocated across the taluk with the aim of emphasizing the development of infrastructure such as road, water and electricity in all the 81 villages of the taluk. MLA Harish Poonja laid the foundation stone for the massive development programme.
The first foundation stone of this program was laid for the bridge work to be constructed at a cost of Rs.2 crore at Karembilekki in Savya village.
