Belthangadi: There was a report of damage to the house of Vimalaksha Gowda of Narya Arikodi of Dharmasthala village due to torrential rain in the evening of May 10.
The cement sheet of the rear part of the roof of the house was completely blown off and crushed. Sudhakar Gowda, a member of the gram panchayat, immediately visited the place after getting the information.
Later he brought it to the attention of MLA Harish Poonja and provided an urgent temporary solution.
