Balanja Atlaje Primary School: Silver Jubilee Celebration

Belthangadi: Once upon a time there was a need to restore dilapidated temples and celebrate Brahmakashotsava. Today, the quality of the education system of private schools has attracted parents to private education. Due to this, the number of children in government schools is decreasing. MLA Harish Poonja said that the quality of education in government schools should be increased along with infrastructure.
On Thursday, Balanja Atlaje Primary School’s Silver Festival and Sarvodaya Friends Atlaje’s 10th Anniversary program honored the various academicians who contributed to the school and said that if the villagers join hands in the development of a government school, the example of Bantwala Daddaralakadu School can give an example of how a government school will be recognized at the national level. There are students till now. Besides, the infrastructure is twice as much as that of private schools. Some schools in the taluk are on the verge of closing due to lack of students and lack of basic facilities. For this, the people of the village should be determined to develop in the manner of the village. Associations can see how the development of the village can be seen in the associations of Balanja, Sarvodaya Friends Club is a model for the state of social service, he said.

Balanja Former Mandal Pradana Jan Jana Jagriti Vudisha Founder Director K Vasant Salyan inaugurated the program and spoke about the development of the village only when the villagers join hands with the people’s representatives. There are many businessmen and achievers in Balanja village, so the state seems to recognize Balanja.

He said that the act of recognizing those who have contributed to the development of the town is commendable.
Actor and director Tammanna Shetty said that if we join hands with those who distort our original culture and traditions, it is as if we have destroyed our cultural traditions. For that, we need to know about the original institutions and follow them and inform the next generation.

Guru Seva Samiti President Praveen Kumar H.S., CRP Kiran Kumar K.S. of Peroditthayakatte Cluster, Secretary Chitran Devadiga, Atlaje K.Pr. School in-charge Principal Pramod S., Sports Secretary Subhash H., Associate Teacher Anasuya Kumari K., School Development Committee members, students, parents and villagers were present.
Later, a cultural program was held by school children and alumni. In the evening Kapu Rangatara, the President Tulu comic play of the artists troupe was performed.
