Ujire: In the 30th State Level Children’s Science Conference held at Khandala, Kalaburgi under the auspices of the Karnataka State Science Council, Sridha Mm. of Ujire. Madhushree, a class 8 student of English Medium School (State Curriculum) won the first place in the junior section of the rural division for her project ‘Making paper from coconut husk’ and won the Young Scientist of the Year award. More than 210 students from different districts of the state participated, out of which six students were selected for the final stage and Madhushri won the first position. National Convention It will be held on 28th in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
