Belthangady:In the 14-year-old state-level girls’ division volleyball tournament held at Saint Mary’s High School Rukmini Nagar Peenya, Bengaluru North, the students of Government Advanced Senior Primary School Bandar, Belthangadi taluk of Dakshina Kannada district from Mysore division won the second position and were selected for the Karnataka team of the national volleyball tournament.
Shravya, Tanushree, Sinchana, Yakshita and Pranami will represent the team and they will be trained by Prashant, a state level Akshara Siri award winning teacher. Headmistress Manja Naik.C and team supervisor Bhuvaneshwari have cooperated.
