Belthangady: Devappa Pujari (85) of Maya Mundrottu house of Belalu villyage had gone missing from his house on September 10 around 5.00 am.
His body has now been found in the Amunji Samiti stream of Belalu Village on Monday September 12. The stream was flowing near the house and on the morning of September 10, it rained heavily and he was washed away by the water current.
The team of Shaurya Disaster Unit searched the village stream and river. After 2 days, his dead body was found on September 12 by the Amunji Committee innthe same stream.
