Kakkinje: Thieves broke into a shop of JK Electricals and Windus9 in Chibidre and stole property worth about 94 thousand including copper ware (scrap) and borewell sub-massable and mass-able motor from the shop. It was reported on Monday 12th.
Jayananda D. is a resident of Dombaramajalu house in Thotattadi village. These assets were stolen from G.K shop owned by Pujari. He owns JK Electricals and Winders shop in Chibidre, he worked till 11 pm on March 11, locked the shop and came home. The next day, on March 12, when he came to the shop in the morning, he saw that some thief had broken the lock of his shop and entered and stole 20 K of copper wire (scrap) from the shop. G and 11 submersible motors (6/5 HP) and 2 single pace 2HP submersible motors of borewell which were brought for repair were found stolen. The value of the stolen property is estimated at Rs 94 thousand. According to Jayananda’s complaint, a case has been registered at Dharmasthala Police Station 15/2023 Section: 457,380 IPC.
