Threatened Man & transferred money through Google Pay

Beltangadi: An incident occurred in Padangadi where a group tied up a person, threatened him, transferred money through Google Pay and stole a two-wheeler parked in the house.

 

The theft took place at the house of Juam Govius, a resident of Jane Bailu in Padangadi village. Govius has complained to the Beltangadi police that Riaz and Faisal, his acquaintances who used to work in his house, are accused of the theft.
When Govius was standing near the rubber shed near his house and talking on his mobile phone, the accused attacked him and Govius fell to the ground, strangulated Govius’s neck, threatened him and asked for his Google PIN and transferred Rs 82,000 cash from his mobile phone to another number. A complaint was lodged with the Belthangadi police that Govius had stolen his mobile phone and the electric tricycle parked in the yard of the house, and the police have registered a case.
