Belthangadi: Narahari Mehendale (86), a resident of Filya village, Sulabettu, died at home on February 25 due to old age. Along with agriculture, he was a social organizer, senior BJP worker, senior leader of Jana Sangh, orator, as the president of Aladangadi Primary Agricultural Wife’s Cooperative Association, and the administration of Baraya Sri Gopalakrishna Temple. He served as Moktesar for many years.He has a wife, two sons and two daughters.
