Mundaje: The incident took place on Tuesday afternoon when a bike rider lost control and overturned near the Mundaje Bridge on the Mangalore-Villupuram National Highway.
The bike rider and the rikahaw rider were injured and admitted to the hospital by the locals. The locals built a bamboo fence on the road side of this dangerous turn as a precautionary measure, the bike overturned and leaned against the fence. If there was no fence, the bike could have fallen into the nearby garden.
