Belthangadi: An information program for the lecturers working as room invigilators in the Common Entrance Test (CET) to be held on May 20 and 21 on behalf of the Karnataka Examination Authority was held in the hall of Vani College, Belthangadi on Friday.
College Principal and Deputy Head of Examination D. Yadupathi Gowda presided over the program and said, ‘Vani Vidyasaransha has successfully conducted many examinations related to the education department and other departments and has been selected as the CET examination center this time. 600 students are writing the exam in this centre. He said that it is the responsibility of the room invigilator to give appropriate information to the students who are writing the exam and conduct the exam successfully without any injustice to any student.
Vishnuprakash, the additional deputy head of the examination center, spoke and gave information about the examination rules and the instructions to be followed by the room invigilators.Lecturers from Belthangadi Vani College, Belthangadi Sri Gurudev College, Naravi Sant Antoni College, who are on duty as room supervisors, participated in the program.
