Belthangadi: The combination of karma yoga, jnana yoga and bhakti yoga is the source of meditation. Heart Fullness Meditation Center is working in 160 countries of the world in collaboration with Geetha Parivar and is successfully running at Kanha Ashram in Hyderabad since 2019. Working in 7 centers in Dakshina Kannada district, Kanyadi Kendra of Belthangadi has been engaged in creating awareness among the public about meditation and pranayama for the last 10 years. It is said that by doing meditation and pranayama for a fixed period of time daily to solve mental stress, anxiety and worries, one can get away from physical and mental stress. And B. Sreekar, Zonal Coordinator of Udupi District Heart Fullness Center spoke. He was inaugurating the 3-day “Heartfulness Meditation Festival” on A 7th at Ujire Sri Sharada Mandapam. Srinivasa K. Shenai and Santhosh of Sri Dhamma Yoga and Naturopathy College, Ujire on pranayama, Purnima on Bhagavad Gita chanting, Tejawati on meditation practice guided as resource persons in the camp. B. Vatsala, the organizer of the organization, welcomed and proposed, saying that the camp which provides nourishment to the body, mind and intellect will be an inspiration for holistic development.
About 40 campers participated in the 3-day meditation camp, Bharati, Manish, Reshma, Savitri and Kaushik participated.
