Out of 241 booths in the taluk, 32 are sensitive polling booths where sensitive observers have been appointed. Video and photography have been arranged at every place. Vehicle system
Appropriate vehicle facilities were provided for the officers and staff going to the polling stations from the mustering center. 70 vehicles including 33 buses, 22 jeeps, 15 maxicabs, additionally 3 buses, 2 jeeps, 2 maxicabs were deployed.

Police presence along with polling officers was provided for peaceful polling and fearless polling in the taluk.
Police deployment
241 booths of the taluk have been provided with adequate facilities for peaceful and fearless polling. Already one DSP, CPI, PSI, ASI, HC, PC, Homeguards are assigned to respective booths respectively. Paramilitary force has been deployed in 64 polling booths including sensitive and ultra sensitive.
