Bandaru: On the occasion of the 75th Independence Amrit Mahots held at Mangala Stadium on January 06, the Dakshina Kannada level rural sports meet 2022-23 held in collaboration with Dakshina Kannada District Administration, Zilla Panchayat, Youth Empowerment and Department Dakshina Kannada District, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department. Bandaru Gram Panchayat team of Belthangadi taluk gave a wonderful and exciting performance in the kho kho tournament and won the first place and got selected for the state level.
On this occasion Bandaru Village Development Officer Mohan Bangera, Bandaru Senior Primary School physical teacher Prashant, Bandaru Village Village members Balakrishna Gowda Mugeradka, Mrs. Vimala, Krishna Kulal Srirama Nagar, Girish Gowda B.K Mairoltadka, Prashantha Gowda Nirumbuda, Village Village Staff Mohan Bangera Myroltadka was present.
